Gluten Free Dip Recipe – Butterbean & Thyme

Share the Post:

How quickly can you whip up a gluten free dip? Very, very quickly indeed. Here’s how…

Gluten Free Dip – Butterbean and Thyme

1 225g tin cooked butterbeans
1 clove garlic
1tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp lemon juice
60ml olive oil
Salt & pepper

It’s the preparation bit that’s tricky for this gluten free dip. Here goes…

Put it all in a blender and blitz until smooth. Season with salt & pepper, wipe the sweat from your brow and dip away. Gluten free snackage, quicker than you can whinge “I’m sooooooo hungry”

Wherever you’re going, remember to take a free gluten free restaurant card with you.
