Hello, I have a condition called celiac disease. This means that I can't eat gluten.
If the dish has any ingredients that wheat flour, starch, wheat, barley, rye, or oats ingredients, or if you don't know what is in the food, please let me know.
I can eat:
- Rice, corn, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk, fish and meat
I cannot eat:
- Soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cooking wine, bean paste, chili sauce, salad dressing, mayonnaise, packed broth, seasoned cheese
- Canned meat, egg substitutes, canned soy products
- Beer, instant hot beverages, commercially available chocolate milk, barley green juice, vodka
- Oatmeal, roasted nuts, meatballs, French fries, energy bars, ice cream
