Gluten free (celiac / coeliac) / vacations

Now we are three (baby Edith born June 2005), we're looking more into pre-planned gluten free holidays. When you cook all the time at home, the thought of going on vacation where someone will do all the cooking for you is just so exciting.

I'm just starting my research on this, but have already come across some great sources of information on gluten free vacations. These are so good, there's little point in me listing individual holiday spots here, so I'll just link to them. If I discover any more celiac-friendly holidays that aren't covered by these sources, I'll pop them on the end.
