Is doing reviews of gluten free food just a shameless way of getting loads of gluten free food through the post for free? Well yes, but it's also I hope a way for you to help decide which product to plump for before splashing the cash.

For most of us, buying gluten free food has to be done via the internet - there's just so much more choice that way, but it's hard to choose when you can't get your hands on the product first.
